We learn some lessons again and again

Over the past several years, we’ve invested an enormous amount of time and energy understanding both the technology and the implications of the social media revolution. It’s not a static subject, and each new change, each new piece of technology that emerges requires constant attention. The implications seem to grow exponentially as well.
