He has worked with over 70 colleges, universities and independent schools across the country in all aspects of enrollment and financial aid management. He enjoys the challenges of improving enrollment results through strategic planning, communication development, behavioral analysis, and market research. Glen believes that a successful enrollment program should both optimize enrollment objectives and maximize net revenue. Above all, it should complement and enhance an institution’s mission and purpose.

Glen has also provided interim management support and executive search services for clients in the areas of admissions, financial aid and enrollment management. He has done college advising both independently and in interim positions with several independent secondary schools.

Glen serves as a member and past coordinator of the National Workshops and National Conference planning committees for the National Association of College Admission Counselors. He is also a Policy Committee representative for Johns Hopkins University’s Consortium on Financing Higher Education.
