Reaching prospects in a complex industry such as health care is a challenge. CFOs and CEOs are extraordinarily busy and give little time to sales people. Our campaign used the iPad in an unorthodox process to break through the traditional barriers these prospects build around themselves.

We designed the iPad to be hand-delivered to the prospect by the relationship manager, with unique packaging that sold the bank’s deep expertise in health care. On the iPad was an app that is a self-guided presentation of the bank’s three lines of business: retail, commercial and wealth management. Each presentation sold the bank’s expertise, reinforced with audio and video testimonials from existing clients and motion graphics of key client benefits.

Sales people from all three lines of business are currently working the campaign, and to date, anecdotal response has been overwhelmingly positive; relationship managers are getting appointments with prospects that were previously resistant to all sales efforts.
