We worked with BBVA Compass to create a campaign to convert 500 “warm” prospects into active customers. This multi-faceted direct mail campaign helped relationship managers get appointments with prospects that had previously resisted all sales efforts and led to more than $200 million in new business. Intelligent planning and coordination with the sales force made all the difference.
